[Bug?]AI ｆactions aren't talk each race taunt

when I see text file(in string folder),I found AI taunt text for each race.
but in singleplayer,AIs aren't talk peculiar taunt text.(vanilla,Ent and diplomacy)
AI factions still talk only TECtext.

Well this is interesting. I always found it annoying how each AI will use the exact same text phrases even if the audio ones are race-specific.

Please correct this!

HaHa I always liked hearing this from the Vassari "Join me and together we will rule the Galaxy as Ummmm you and me." Man that Cracks me up.
